We're Hiring: Internal Accountant

Kuta, Lombok | Full-Time Position

As Internal Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the financial health of Lagoon Properties & Management, its hospitality assets, and various development projects. You'll work closely with our third-party accounting partner in Bali while also managing the day-to-day financial operations on-site in Lombok.

You will:

  • Record and monitor daily payments and financial transactions
  • Supervise and validate petty cash records across all villas and departments
  • Track and consolidate monthly revenue and expenses
  • Prepare and review Revenue & Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for Lagoon, our managed properties, and internal projects
  • Support tax supervision and compliance, ensuring reports are properly submitted
  • Use Xero (with our third-party partner) for financial tracking, expense input, invoice creation, and reconciliation
  • Assist villa managers to calculate service prices, mini bars revenue, input operational expenses, and improve budgeting accuracy
  • Provide financial projections and assist with budgeting for Lagoon projects (including hotels, land leases, and construction planning)
  • Manage cash flow planning and the payment schedules of leases, contracts, and development milestones

This position requires strong financial literacy, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive attitude toward improving systems and ensuring compliance.
