Senior Construction Supervisor
 to join our growing villa development and hospitality business in 
Kuta, Lombok
.

Your Role:

As our
Senior Construction Supervisor
, you will be the bridge between construction teams, villa owners, and our management office. You will be responsible for ensuring that all construction and maintenance projects run smoothly, efficiently, and to the level of quality our clients expect. This is a highly technical, hands-on role where you'll be working 
on-site every day
, troubleshooting, optimizing processes, and pushing for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Implement project tracking systems and work tracing to monitor progress across multiple sites.

Inspect construction quality, manage BOQs, and check that materials are applied correctly and as specified.

Communicate directly with villa owners and international stakeholders in fluent English, providing clear updates and solutions.

Manage and coordinate ongoing maintenance of existing villas, prioritizing tasks and ensuring high standards.

Prepare, review, and adjust BOQs, work schedules, and construction budgets in close coordination with senior management.

Collaborate on the planning and pre-development of new projects, applying your technical knowledge to improve project design and execution.

Optimize workflows and bring a proactive, problem-solving approach to daily construction and maintenance challenges.

What We're Looking For:


• 
Strong technical background
 in construction (civil engineering, architecture, or related fields preferred).


• 
5+ years of experience
 managing construction projects, ideally in hospitality or high-end residential developments.


• Deep knowledge of 
construction methods, materials, and local building practices
.


• Exceptional skills in 
worksite supervision
, 
BOQ analysis
, and 
project scheduling
.


• Proficiency in 
Excel
 and construction management tools (e.g., MS Project, , or similar).


• Fluent in 
English
 (spoken and written) – able to communicate professionally with international villa owners and our in-house teams.


• A proactive, organized, and people-oriented mindset – 
someone who takes ownership
 of the job and cares about the details.


• Bonus: experience with 
quantity surveying
 or supporting project development in a real estate/hospitality context.
