Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

  2. Have 8–10 years of experience in Collection or Credit Operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  3. Strong understanding of collection strategy, telecalling operations, auto dialer management, and system development.

  4. Proven track record in improving collection performance and managing large teams.

  5. Experience in Fintech or BNPL is highly preferred.

  6. Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.

  7. Familiar with budget planning, cost control, and vendor management.

  8. Proficient in English (written & spoken).

  9. Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Job Description:

  1. Lead and manage the Collection Telecalling team, including performance reviews and people development.

  2. Design and execute collection strategies to improve recovery and productivity.

  3. Develop and enhance Collection Systems and Auto Dialer performance.

  4. Ensure collection activities comply with company policies and regulations.

  5. Plan headcount, manage budgets, and control costs effectively.

  6. Collaborate closely with Risk, Product Lending, and Branch Network teams.

  7. Create and update Collection policies and SOPs.

  8. Monitor performance metrics (Delinquency, NPL, Recovery) and ensure targets are met.

  9. Manage collection enhancement projects, including vendor coordination and system improvements.

  10. Support leadership in achieving Cost of Credit and operational efficiency goals.
