JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Responsible for leading and ensuring the smooth operations of the Business Analyst Department.
  2. Accountable for conducting quality, structural, quantitative, and compliance analysis of credit proposals within the assigned area, in collaboration with Relationship Managers and other related divisions, while providing independent assessments.
  3. Perform financial analysis and industry research to support Relationship Managers in client-facing activities.
  4. Conduct independent credit monitoring.
  5. Analyze company financial information and prepare projections based on company forecasts.
  6. Perform analysis to determine the expected loss on channeling partner portfolios.
  7. Complete all other assignments given by the Division Head related to the execution of Business Banking functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Economics or Banking/Finance.
  2. Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Credit Analyst.
  3. Strong knowledge of credit management.
  4. High level of accuracy, integrity, and discipline.
  5. Able to work under pressure.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
