We're on a mission to transform how contractors and renovators buy building materials, and we're looking for smart, passionate, and persuasive individual to join us as Inside Sales Office (Telesales).

What You'll Do:
  • Handle incoming inquiries via WhatsApp and phone, offering the right solutions fast
  • Qualify leads and understand customer's needs (product type, delivery address, and quantity)
  • Execute sales process to increase conversion and repeat order
  • Build trust with clients (contractors, builders, SMEs) through clear and confident communication
  • Create Quotation and negotiate price terms that work for both sides
  • Generating leads with outbound initiatives (cold call, broadcast, and direct chat)
  • Coordinate with our performance marketing to create innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Track leads, update CRM, and hit weekly/monthly conversion targets

What We're Looking For:
  • Young motivated individual
  • At least 2 year of experience in sales, telesales, or telmarketing.
  • Talkative, persuasive, and comfortable selling over the phone and chat
  • Good listener, emotionally intelligent, and confident in handling objections
  • Fast learner with intermediate understanding of WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience in procurement, admin support, or customer service is a plus
  • Willing to work from our Tangerang Office
