Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to sell our latest mobile-based products to clients in the property and hospitality industry. This is a work-from-home role, with each sales executive responsible for a defined geographic territory.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to independently manage leads, build relationships, and close deals using both physical and digital communication tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales within an assigned territory
- Identify and target potential clients in the property and hospitality sector (hotels, serviced apartments, property managers, developers)
- Promote and sell mobile-based products and solutions
- Conduct online product demos, presentations, and sales meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using internal CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize sales performance
- Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, property, SaaS, or technology
- Strong understanding of the property and hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with remote selling tools (Zoom, WhatsApp, CRM systems)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
- Basic understanding of mobile applications and digital products
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling hotel software, property management systems, or mobile apps
- Existing network in the hospitality or property sector
- Familiarity with territory-based sales management
- Experience working in a remote sales environment
