Job Responsibilities:

  • Check in and check out procedures using the Hotel System.
  • Handle Guest inquires, request and complaint.
  • Handle process payment and issue receipt.
  • Manage room reservation and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other Departments.
  • Others.

With Qualifications:

  • Minimun 1 – 2 years experience in a hotel/villa Front Desk Agent (Reception).
  • Well groomed and professional appearance
  • Ability work in shifts, including in weekends and holidays.
  • Familiar with system (e.g ; Cloudbeds and others)
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and fluent in English.
