Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism, upholding the wellness centre's service standards.
  • Provide clear and informative explanations of available wellness, spa treatments, and service packages.
  • Assist guests with registration prior to treatment and explain any necessary procedures.
  • Respond to questions regarding services, products, and facilities in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
  • Coordinate with therapists, instructors, and operational staff to ensure smooth appointment flow.
  • Handle payments, product sales, and related administrative tasks accurately.
  • Maintain a tidy, calm, and inviting front desk and lounge area.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints professionally to maintain a positive wellness experience.
  • Uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and guest confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, guest service, or hospitality role (fitness/wellness environment is a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-minded approach

  • Comfortable using booking systems, POS, and basic office software
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Trial period contract

Contract length: 3 months
