About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager (Lending) to expand our client's borrower network and business partnerships. This role focuses on acquiring and managing borrower portfolios, ensuring financing needs are met, and achieving lending growth targets through strategic relationship building and market outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and manage relationships with borrowers, business owners, and partner institutions.
  • Identify potential lending opportunities and structure suitable financing solutions.
  • Drive loan origination and disbursement to achieve monthly and quarterly lending targets.
  • Conduct due diligence and financial assessments to ensure borrower eligibility and risk alignment.
  • Maintain regular engagement with borrowers to ensure loan performance and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams to support loan processing and portfolio management.
  • Expand lending channels and partnerships within the SME and corporate segments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or relationship management within
    securities or insurance institutions.
  • Proven success in achieving lending or financing targets.
  • Active borrower or business partner portfolio.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
