Adecco Indonesia is currently representing a global healthcare services company in the search of Finance & HR Ops Lead. This role will be part of the Regional Finance Team, supporting finance operations across Asia. This role will handle end-to-end accounting, billing, payments, and compliance, while also assisting with payroll and HR administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and process customer payments accurately.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and maintenance of customer records in the ERP system.
  • Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
  • Process vendor payments and ensure proper authorization and documentation.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
  • Assist in audit coordination and tax reporting (corporate, VAT, and WHT).
  • Handle payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and related HR administrative tasks.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a multinational or regional environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
