We're Hiring – HR & Finance Affairs

PT. Senada Nijdam Design is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR & Finance Affairs professional to support our growing team. We're seeking someone who is reliable, strategic, and passionate about HR operations, finance administration, and building a healthy work environment.

Location: Cilandak, South Jakarta

Position: Full-Time (Onsite)

Experience: 3–7 Years

Salary: UMP Jakarta 2025 (Nett)

Responsibilities
  • Handle HR operations, recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, leave, & BPJS TK.
  • Maintain HR policies, SOP, and organizational structure.
  • Manage petty cash, reimbursement, cashflow, and budget monitoring.
  • Handle basic taxation administration (PPh 21, invoice, PPN input–output).
  • Coordinate purchasing, vendor management, and office administration.
  • Prepare legal documents and support company operational compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Law, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3–7 years experience in HR & Finance Administration.
  • Skilled in HRIS, payroll system, Excel (advanced), and Accurate/Zahir/ERP.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and excellent attention to detail.
