About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources operations. This role will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth daily HR operations processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, and data entry.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.
- Support attendance tracking and assist payroll preparation by coordinating data with HR and Finance teams.
- Support, monitor, and track the issuance and validity of SIP licenses.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, memos, and reports.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and respond to basic employee inquiries.
- Assist with internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and HR events.
- Support General Affairs activities, including office supplies coordination, vendor communication, basic office operations, and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Provide support for all Human Resources operational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, or minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant or HR Admin.
- Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
- Basic understanding of HR operational processes.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare or startup industry is a plus.
