Job Description
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and provide HR strategies that support business growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact between employee and assigned business units.
- Partner with HRBP and Business Unit Head to forecast headcount needs and develop workforce plans.
- Support recruitment efforts to ensure timely and effective hiring of talent.
- Guide managers in conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and creating development plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Support business leaders in managing organizational changes.
- Facilitate training, workshops, and initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Work with HR specialists (Compensation, Learning, Recruitment, etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Collaborate and support platform to achieve yearly KPI and other relevant target.
- Regularly compile and analyze employee data
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience Min 2 years as HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and organizational development practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Strong communication skill, both in Mandarin and English (Mandatory)
