Job Description

  • Managing HR-related queries and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with the recruitment and selection process.
  • Conducting performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinating with the Learning and Development team to organise training programmes.
  • Providing advice on employment law and ensuring compliance.
  • Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.

Requirement

  • A degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment law in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • Highly proficient in English.
