PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as HR Manager - Startup Background with the following details:

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or Law, with a minimum GPA of 3.1 out of 4.0.
  2. 5–7 years of proven experience in an HR managerial role, preferably overseeing end-to-end HR operations in a dynamic or multi-entity organization.
  3. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
  4. Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced business environment is an advantage.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.
  6. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  7. Analytical mindset with strong numerical and reporting skills, detail-oriented, and capable of data-driven decision-making.
  8. Proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about employee engagement, development, and organizational culture.
  9. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations, and training & development.
  2. Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with company objectives and comply with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  3. Drive end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring effective manpower planning and the acquisition of the right talent for each business function.
  4. Lead performance management initiatives to foster a culture of accountability, capability building, and continuous career development across all levels.
  5. Handle disciplinary issues, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness.
  6. Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, organizational development, and employee retention strategies.
  7. Oversee HR reporting, payroll review, and statutory submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance.
  8. Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that promote inclusivity, collaboration, and productivity in the workplace.
  9. Lead continuous improvement in HR systems and data analytics to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
  10. Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters and organizational growth.
