- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Creativity: Passion for creating great dishes.
- Education: Culinary school diploma or similar experience preferred.
- Availability: Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
