General Requirement :

  • ●Minimum Diploma in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Bakery, or related field.●At least 3–5 years of experience in pastry or bakery operations, preferably in luxury hotels or fine-dining environments.
  • Proven experience supervising pastry teams or serving in a senior pastry role.
  • Strong knowledge of classical and modern pastry techniques, including desserts, cakes, breads, and plated presentation.
  • Ability to develop, test, and execute innovative dessert menus aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with Executive Chef and other kitchen sections.
  • Capable of managing daily pastry production, scheduling, task delegation, and quality control.
  • Strong sense of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety (HACCP knowledge preferred).
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain consistency in a fast-paced 5-star environment.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and flexible working hours including weekends and holidays.
