VP/Director of Performance Marketing

As we scale into our next growth phase, we're seeking a
VP/Director of Performance Marketing,
a strategic yet hands-on leader who can own the full funnel, drive go-to-market strategies, and build a high-performing growth engine from the ground up.

You'll lead our performance marketing team to deliver measurable impact from acquisition and conversion to retention while experimenting, optimizing, and scaling what works.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and grow a team of performance marketers across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, e-commerce, and other relevant platforms.
• Own and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention across web and mobile.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution (including planning, budgeting, creative direction, A/B testing, optimization, and reporting) to deliver measurable results.
• Continuously analyse performance data to implement conversion strategies, improve ROI, and maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Streamline workflows, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders, delivering performance insights, growth plans, and proactive recommendations.
• Stay ahead of trends in media buying, competitor activity, and new tools to inform campaign innovation and strategy.
• Proactively present fresh ideas, solve challenges, and push for continuous improvement in both strategy and execution.

Who we're looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with proven success in managing large-scale campaigns and leading teams.
• Proven track record in leading full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, pixel setup, tracking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Proven track record in managing marketing budgets and delivering high ROI results.
• Experience in building and scaling internal processes, workflows, and campaign management systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and coach a growing team.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical mindset; comfortable translating data into actionable insights.
