Job Responsibilities :

  • Act as performance marketing channel optimizer to assist performance marketing team day to day operation
  • Putting performance marketing best practice first in order to achieve top notch execution excellency
  • Quickly identify opportunities for optimization and able to execute data driven decision making
  • Running and repeating process of daily optimization on various channels/aspects, maintain high consistency and detail
  • Providing team with historical optimization activity, keep on track on tracking and documentation
  • Stakeholder management of external partner i.e Google, TikTok, etc in order to keep update on what latest in the industry
  • Seamlessly doing cross team collaboration to make sure it gets all necessary support for performance marketing continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 year experience of handling hands-on inhouse performance marketing channels; Google, Meta, TikTok Ads etc.
  • Excellence with spreadsheet based tools to process marketing attribution data i.e. Google Sheet and its its function/formula
  • Experience handling administration/paperworks tasks for performance marketing inhouse and external channels
  • Highly attention to detail oriented person with track record of managing data related marketing process
  • Person with good and subtle in communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude, able to speak working environment level English, native Indonesian and Halodoc user
  • Demonstrate project management skills and stakeholder management
  • Big plus; experience in additional tools that are fundamental to running performance marketing channel i.e AppsFlyer, Google Analytics 4 other relevant platform
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or graduate from digital marketing bootcamp/courses in comprehensive level with great portfolios
