As we continue to scale, we're looking for a dynamic Vice President / Head of Sales & Growth Marketing to lead GetFound's go-to-market strategy and drive sustainable business growth. This role sits at the intersection of sales leadership and growth marketing excellence, where data, creativity, and execution come together to drive impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and grow the Sales & Growth Marketing division, building a high-performing team across performance, acquisition, and client partnership.
  • Own the company's revenue growth strategy from pipeline generation, conversion optimization, to long-term retention.
  • Develop full-funnel growth initiatives that integrate marketing campaigns with clear sales objectives.
  • Partner closely with leadership to shape pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and expand key client accounts.
  • Build and track performance dashboards, ensuring targets are met through actionable insights and experimentation.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

What You'll Bring

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, growth, or performance marketing, ideally in a startup, agency, or tech environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing commercial teams.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, CAC/LTV, conversion optimization, and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, able to translate vision into execution.
  • A builder's mindset: strategic yet hands-on, adaptive, and comfortable in fast-changing environments.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Must be able to work from our office in Setiabudi, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan (Fully-WFO).
