Operation & Export Import Document Supervisor

Job Description

Responsibilities :

  1. Process booking from shipper / consignee timely and ask approval for nomination shipment

  2. Capable of drafting Manifest, BL, AWB, PIB and PEB in CEISA 4.0

  3. Knowledge in customs clearance for export and import as well as able to check export import permits in customs system as well as applying Perijininan Import

  4. Knowledge and experience in creating SKI BPOM, COO, Health Certificate and applying Laporan Surveyor.

  5. Accommodate any sales and customers requirement.

  6. Communicate with shipper/ consignee for shipment updates/progress.

  7. Booking to carriers and arrange payment to carriers.

  8. Send invoice to customer timely.

  9. Assisting in the follow up of outstanding invoice payment to shipper and consignee

  10. Minimize claim for any shipment.

  11. Minimize cancellation of invoice.

  12. Timely document release to shipper.

  13. Able to communicate well in English.

  14. Quick learner and flexibility to go to customs office for customs issue

  15. Creative, and problem solver.

  16. Experience in managing operation and customs team 3-5 years in Freight Forwarding Industry. You have to come from a MNC or Local Freight Forwarder company (If you don't have this qualification please don't apply) and min 5 years in freight forwarder company.

  17. Able to work in under pressure environment with minimum supervision. Able to manage various deadlines timely. Attention to details and able to create a good teamwork. Able to lead a team properly and a solution giver to the team as well ad clients

  18. High integrity to her/his job and to the company.

  19. Other duties assigned by manager.

  20. Sense of responsibility and ownership of his/her own job.

Qualifications :

1) S1 / bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum 3 years experience leading export import operation, document and CS team in freight forwarding companies

2) Minimum 5 years experience in operation, customs and CS in freight forwarder company

3) Able to work flexibly in and out of operational hours if necessary

4) Able to work with tight deadline

5) Having leadership skills

6) Age between years old

7) Happy to learn and customer oriented attitude

8) Able to communicate in English (written and oral)

9) Attention to details

10) Having sense of belonging, urgency (mandatory working attitude) and customer service oriented
