We are looking for an experienced Operational EXIM Staff to join our team To fill this position, you have to meet the following:

Requirements:

  1. Minimum High School (SMA) diploma (D3), or bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field;
  2. At least 2 years of working experience for associate degree and bachelor degree and 5+ years for High School (SMA/SMK) in FREIGHT FORWARDER as sea import position.
  3. Understand import and customs clearance process in sea port;
  4. Understand the behandle / SPJM / NHI / SPPB process;
  5. Basic in english speaker is a must;
  6. Willing to work outside regular hours, including on weekends or public holidays, if required to support operational continuity;

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide PIB draft, Surveyour report & other related doc for import custom clearance process
  2. Liase with other external party ( custom, shipping lines, vendor, etc )
  3. Handle inspection process when the shipment is SPJM / NHI;
  4. Handle technical obstacles in the field and coordination with Import / Export Department;
  5. Update vendor database of local transportation and warehousing;
