Deskripsi Pekerjaan :


• Melayani pertanyaan, kebutuhan, dan permintaan pelanggan melalui berbagai kanal (telepon, chat, email, atau tatap muka).


• Menangani komplain pelanggan dan memberikan solusi yang cepat, jelas, dan profesional.


• Membangun serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas.


• Melakukan follow-up setelah layanan diberikan untuk memastikan masalah telah terselesaikan.


• Mengumpulkan feedback pelanggan untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan.


• Menginformasikan produk, layanan, promo, atau program terbaru perusahaan.


• Mencatat dan memperbarui data pelanggan secara akurat.


• Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (operasional, marketing, sales) untuk memproses kebutuhan pelanggan.

Kualifikasi :


• Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK (lebih disukai D3/S1 semua jurusan).


• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, ramah, dan sopan.


• Berpengalaman di bidang customer service/customer relation menjadi nilai tambah.


• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan tenang.


• Memiliki attitude yang baik, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.


• Menguasai penggunaan komputer & aplikasi dasar (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM).
