Head of Talent Development

- Lead company wide talent development strategy: learning journeys, curriculum standards, and impact measurement aligned to KPI/competency.
- Oversee content design/curation (class, virtual, e-learning) and learner experience; ensure quality and on time delivery.
- Manage the learning platform (LMS/LXP): configuration, HRIS/SSO integrations, automations, user management, and analytics dashboards.
- Manage a lean team and vendors; drive roadmap, budget, SLA, and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendors (content houses, platform partners, coaches), budget utilization, and contract renewals; ensure governance, compliance, and data privacy.
- Report outcomes (adoption, completion, behavior change, readiness) to business leaders and promote a learning culture.
- Bachelor's in Psychology/Management Human Resources/IT; Master's a plus.
- Minimun 6–8 years experience in L&D/Talent Development, (incl. 2–3 years leading programs/teams).
- Have strong instructional design and program management; proven launches at scale.
- Hands-on with LMS/LXP, content standards (SCORM/xAPI), and basic data/BI.
- Stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication in Indonesian & English.
- Growth mindset, results-driven; willing to work on-site (Tangerang) and travel as needed.
- Willing to work in BSD, South Tangerang.
