Head of Talent Acquisition

Position description:
To lead and manage the recruitment processes and ensure that the most suitable candidates are hired in line with company objective in fulfillment of the MPP (Manpower Plan) as per required, also to evaluate the effectiveness of current recruiting procedures, and supervise the recruiting team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall talent acquisition strategy for leadership roles, experienced professionals, and emerging talent to support long-term organizational growth.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce plans, anticipate hiring needs, and align recruitment strategies with business priorities.
- Drive compensation alignment for critical hires, collaborating with leaders to ensure competitive and fair offers.
- Evaluate and optimize the end-to-end hiring process, introducing improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and speed.
- Lead strategic workforce planning discussions with business leaders to anticipate future talent requirements.
- Build and manage relationships with external talent partners, including headhunters and recruitment agencies, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide strategic insights through monthly TA reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for leadership.
- Ensure governance and compliance in all new-hire administrative processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
- Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a strong advantage.
- Have min. 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role and specific in EPC industry would be advantage.
- Strong background working with corporate and project-based environments.
- Familiar and able to identify with Talent Acquisition Metrics - such as Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Offer acceptance rate, Cost per hire, etc
- Proven experience developing and executing recruitment strategies for leadership, critical, and specialized roles.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and generate strategic insights for reporting.
