Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Mengelola siklus talenta (talent cycle) secara menyeluruh melalui implementasi program pengembangan karir, suksesi jabatan, dan pemetaan potensi karyawan.
  • Mengelola dan memantau aktivitas talent management, termasuk succession planning, career path, dan career management.
  • Mengelola, memonitor, dan mengimplementasikan Individual Development Plan (IDP) untuk mendukung pengembangan kompetensi serta kesiapan karir karyawan.

Kualifikasi:

  • Min. S1 dengan pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Talent Management, OD, atau Performance Management.
  • Pernah terlibat dalam penyusunan career path, succession plan, atau people development program.
  • Memahami konsep talent identification, competency mapping, dan learning & development.
  • Mampu menganalisis data SDM (hasil assessment, KPI, atau 9-box grid) menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Mahir dalam menggunakan Ms. Excel dan Google Productivity (Sheet, Doc, Looker).
  • Penempatan: Head Office, Bintaro
