Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Talent Management Specialist based in Tangerang & Jakarta, with flexibility for partial remote work. Key responsibilities include design talent management, develop and implementing career path. The role also involves supporting succession planning efforts and ensuring a robust framework for identifying, nurturing, and retaining talent within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge on HR Management
  • Experience in Talent Management implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines is preferred.
