We are growing and looking for a
Business Development Executive
who is hungry to learn, comfortable in the interior design ecosystem, and able to execute sales activities with confidence and professionalism.

This is a
hands-on field role
— ideal for someone proactive, well-spoken, and eager to build genuine relationships with designers and project stakeholders.

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
What You Will Do
Lead Handling & Follow-Up

  • Manage incoming inquiries (WhatsApp, Instagram, email, exhibition leads)
  • Qualify customer needs and provide product recommendations
  • Follow up consistently and maintain a structured sales pipeline

Field Visits & Networking

  • Visit and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors
  • Bring samples, explain materials, and support client needs
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions

Sales Execution

  • Close small to medium deals independently
  • Assist GM for large or strategic accounts
  • Prepare simple quotations and coordinate with the admin team

Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide excellent communication during pre- and post-sales
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Ensure smooth handover to admin/production teams

Product Knowledge & Presentation

  • Learn Bilionite & Flexura's material characteristics
  • Present materials confidently during office visits

Coordination

  • Work closely with admin, CS, and drafter
  • Submit weekly activity reports & pipeline updates

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Teachable and willing to learn technical product knowledge
  • Presentable and confident

Preferred Experience

(Not mandatory — we're open to fresh but strong candidates.)

  • Experience in building materials, interior design, architecture, or project-related industries
  • Experience in sales, business development, customer relations

Other Requirements

  • Own motorbike or car is a plus
  • Able to work from Kelapa Gading
  • Highly responsible and organized
  • Can work independently and follow targets
