Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3 di bidang Pariwisata, Perhotelan, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
  2. Memiliki sertifikasi IATA/UFTAA dan GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, atau Sabre) lebih disukai.
  3. Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang operasional ticketing, termasuk minimal 2 tahun di posisi supervisor atau manajerial.
  4. Memahami fare construction, prosedur BSP, dan peraturan maskapai secara mendalam.
  5. Berpengalaman dalam negosiasi kontrak dengan maskapai dan pengelolaan inventory tiket.
  6. Menguasai penggunaan sistem GDS dan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel).
  7. Memiliki kemampuan analisis, komunikasi, dan pelayanan pelanggan yang sangat baik.
  8. Mampu memimpin tim, menyelesaikan masalah dengan cepat, serta memiliki perhatian tinggi terhadap detail.
  9. Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris.
  10. Penempatan: Seluruh Indonesia

Tanggung Jawab:

  1. Mengelola dan mengawasi seluruh kegiatan operasional ticketing harian (domestik dan internasional).
  2. Memastikan akurasi dan kepatuhan dalam proses pemesanan, penerbitan, perubahan, serta pengembalian tiket.
  3. Menjalin dan mengelola hubungan kerja dengan maskapai untuk memperoleh tarif dan insentif terbaik.
  4. Menyusun strategi harga untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan profitabilitas departemen ticketing.
  5. Memantau penggunaan dan kinerja sistem GDS agar berjalan efisien dan optimal.
  6. Memberikan layanan ticketing yang cepat, akurat, dan profesional kepada pelanggan korporat maupun individu.
  7. Memimpin, melatih, dan mengembangkan tim ticketing agar mencapai target kinerja.
  8. Menyiapkan laporan penjualan, analisis pendapatan, dan kinerja maskapai secara berkala.
  9. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan IATA, BSP, dan standar operasional perusahaan.
  10. Menangani permintaan mendesak atau kompleks serta menyelesaikan keluhan pelanggan dengan efektif.
