Shivanna is Bali's leading luxury event yacht, purpose-built for private charters, weddings, corporate functions, and public sunset cruises. We are renowned for our high service standards and European-influenced hospitality.

We are now expanding our team and looking for a Sales Executive – Operations & Public Events to support charter operations and drive growth in our public ticketed events and group sales.

Responsibilities

Manage all public ticketed cruise sales (sunset cruises and special public events).

Coordinate OTA (Online Travel Agent) listings and maintain up-to-date content, pricing, and schedules.

Respond quickly and professionally to all customer enquiries, calls, and online chat messages.

Assist the Head of Sales and Wedding/Corporate teams with charter logistics, proposals, and follow-ups.

Prepare guest lists, booking sheets, and coordinate with the Operations team for smooth onboard execution.

Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback from guests and identifying opportunities for promotions.

Handle group bookings, incentives, and small private events under the public charter category.

Ensure all sales data and customer details are accurately entered into the CRM.

Provide post-event follow-up to collect reviews, photos, and client feedback

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or event sales.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Friendly, professional, and confident in dealing with guests and partners.

Familiar with OTA platforms (TripAdvisor, Klook, Traveloka, etc.) is an advantage.

Willing to work weekends or evenings during event operations.

Proficient with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and online booking tools.

Based in Bali.
