Job Description:

  • Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor and control raw material inventory levels to ensure production continuity.
  • Coordinate with Production and Planning teams for accurate product planning and stock forecasting.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and losses.
  • Ensure warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company standards. Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
    .
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in handling Raw materials, warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain roles (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution industries).
  • Proven experience in
    leading warehouse teams
    , including training, staffing, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of
    warehouse workflows
    , including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, dispatching, and stock reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with
    raw material handling
    and
    production-support warehouse operations
    is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of
    inventory management principles
    (FIFO, FEFO, cycle count, stock accuracy, safety stock, etc.).
  • Experience using
    WMS/ERP systems
    (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Odoo, or equivalent).
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with
    Production, Planning, and Procurement
    teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for
    forecasting, planning, and improving warehouse KPIs
    .
  • Good understanding of
    warehouse safety standards
    , 5S/housekeeping, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational emergencies or urgent production requests.
