We're Hiring: Warehouse Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and team leadership to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.

Warehouse Manager

What You'll Do
Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control

Implement best practices for inventory management and optimize storage solutions

Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Coordinate maintenance of equipment and facilities for optimal functionality

What We're Looking For

  • Has 8 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager.
  • Proficient in managing inbound and outbound inventory.
  • Experienced in supervising more than 35 staff.
  • Communicative, honest, and proactive, with the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Preferably has experience in companies such as J&T, OPPO, Huawei, or similar industries.
  • Physically fit and willing to work hands-on, including organizing and lifting goods.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
  • Placement in Serang, Banten.
