  • Initial Period (3 Months): The successful candidate will be based in the Jakarta office for initial training and task familiarization.

  • After 3 Months: The role will require frequent business travel to Surabaya and Semarang for direct customer meetings and field sales activities.

  • Develop and manage sales activities for Lotte Chemical's ABS, PC, and PP materials within the assigned territory (Surabaya and Semarang).

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers, primarily Chinese companies in the region.

  • Conduct frequent business trips and meetings in the Surabaya and Semarang regions after the initial training period.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to market share growth.

  • Handle some Inside Sales tasks, including processing orders, managing documentation, and coordinating logistics support.

Requirement:

  • Working experience 3-5 years as Sales of polymer or plastic market in Chemical Trading (ABS, PC, PP etc.) / plastics part for automotive or non-automotive sectors

  • Mandarin Chinese skill is highly preferred due to the high concentration of Chinese-affiliated companies in the target area.

  • Prior experience in the plastics industry or a strong understanding of the plastic market in the Surabaya region is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel frequently between Jakarta, Surabaya, and Semarang.

  • English skill min. intermediate level for direct report to expatriate user
