Responsible for overseeing and managing all sales operations in the Sulawesi region, including distributor management, sales team performance, market expansion, and achievement of sales targets. The role ensures effective implementation of sales strategies, strong trade execution, and sustainable growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Regional Sales Strategy & Execution

  2. Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with national sales objectives.

  3. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Sulawesi region.
  4. Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas within the territory.
  5. Distributor & Channel Management

  6. Manage, monitor, and evaluate distributor performance to ensure effective coverage and sell-out growth.

  7. Ensure accurate sales forecasting, inventory management, and timely product distribution.
  8. Build strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
  9. Team Leadership & Performance

  10. Lead, motivate, and develop the regional sales team to achieve performance goals.

  11. Conduct regular sales meetings, field coaching, and performance reviews.
  12. Ensure alignment of team activities with company strategy and brand direction.
  13. Market Development & Trade Execution

  14. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

  15. Implement trade marketing programs, promotions, and merchandising activities effectively.
  16. Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and visibility at the point of sale.
  17. Reporting & Analysis

  18. Prepare and analyze regional sales reports, performance dashboards, and market feedback.

  19. Provide insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
  20. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to Head Office.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within FMCG or consumer goods industry, with strong exposure to general trade or modern trade channels.
  • Proven track record in managing distributors and regional teams.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
  • Willing to travel frequently within the Sulawesi region.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in handling both GT and MT channels in Eastern Indonesia.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and distribution structure in Sulawesi.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools (CRM, Power BI, etc.).
  • High level of integrity, resilience, and target-driven mindset.
