Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Memantau dan Memastikan Pencapaian target Penjualan dan Promosi di seluruh Area Sulawesi
  • Merancang dan menjalankan program sales & promosi
  • Monitoring aktifitas display, event, sampling dan brand visibility
  • Mengelola budget promosi area
  • Membina dan mengawasi team Sales dan SPG
  • Memastikan pelaporan penjualan sesuai SOP

Kualifikasi :

  • Berusia antara tahun
  • Kandidat memiliki memiliki pendidikan terakhir S1 Ekonomi Studi / Manajemen Bisnis / Pemasaran.
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Area Sales Promotion Manager (ASPM) minimal 2 tahun di perusahaan Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / Toiletries / Diapers
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang bisnis proses dan trend pasar perusahaan distribusi Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
  • Memiliki skill komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas
  • Memiliki kemampuan MS. Office (Excel, Word dan Power Point)
  • Menguasai area distribusi FMCG diseluruh arae di Sulawesi
  • Bersedia untuk di tempatkan di Area Sulawesi
