About the Role

SingleInterface is looking for a
Sales Manager
- Indonesia
to support revenue growth and manage key client accounts across enterprise and multi-location brands. This role will work closely with the Associate Director – Sales in executing sales strategy, managing pipelines, and driving new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, target-driven, and comfortable managing end-to-end sales processes while collaborating across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Work closely with the Associate Director – Sales to execute sales strategy and revenue plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
  • Support preparation of proposals, pricing, and commercial discussions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
    in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Background in
    Technology, Digital Marketing, or SaaS
    (strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred/Plus

  • Experience handling B2B or enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with SaaS subscription or recurring revenue models
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
