We are looking for an experienced Business Development to join our dynamic creative team at Floothink Digital Agency. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a digital or creative agency environment, managing multiple clients across industries such as automotive, FMCG, beauty, and lifestyle.
Mandatory Qualifications :
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive, Account Executive, or Sales in a digital agency or similar industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth understanding of 360 digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to provide result-oriented solutions for clients.
• Professional appearance and strong networking capabilities.
• Support provide/finding new potential new client
• Placement : Jakarta Selatan
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend 20 scheduled meetings per month, coordinated by the SDR team.
• Conduct comprehensive presentations and pitch the services of our 360 marketing agency, tailoring each presentation to the specific needs of the prospective client.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in prospect companies, establishing trust and credibility.
• Develop strategic, customized project proposals based on discussions with potential clients.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of work to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients.
• Maintain and update sales data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
