About the role

Join Runchise as a Business Development professional. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expanding its sales pipeline. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively research and identify potential new customers and markets for the company's products and services
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage with prospective clients and secure new business
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing plans

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in new business development or sales roles, preferably within the Sales industry
  • Strong understanding of the Business Development landscape and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets and exceeding customer expectations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Sales
