Viskal, as a professional hiring partner, is currently supporting our client, a premium, design-driven homeware boutique, in finding an experienced Assistant Homeware Boutique to join their team.

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily boutique operations and acts as a central link between products, suppliers, customers, and the internal team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and professionalism.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in retail, boutique, or luxury/lifestyle environments.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in purchasing, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
  • Confident in using POS and cashier systems.
  • Service-oriented with a strong focus on client support and customer experience.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and responsible.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Home-furniture Boutique Operations

  • Support and manage daily boutique operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.
  • Ensure operational processes and workflows run smoothly and professionally.
  • Act as a key liaison between products, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

2. Inventory, Purchasing & Supplier Coordination

  • Manage inventory levels and stock accuracy.
  • Handle purchasing processes and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing stock and maintain accurate records.

3. Customer Experience & Support

  • Deliver a high-quality, personalized customer experience.
  • Assist clients throughout the purchasing journey and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Support sales activities and contribute to performance and sales targets.

4. Team Support & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with the team to support daily operations.
  • Actively contribute to building, improving, and maintaining internal structures and workflows.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and operational improvements.
