Job Overview: As a Salesgirl for [Women's Wear Brand Name], you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers in finding the perfect outfits, and driving sales in our Bali-based store. Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere in the store. Offer assistance to shoppers and provide personalized styling advice to help them find suitable clothing options.

2. Sales and Targets: Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and encourage sales by showcasing the latest collections and promoting the brand's products. Strive to meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.

3. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the women's wear collections, including fabrics, designs, sizes, and seasonal trends. Use this knowledge to assist customers effectively and address any product-related inquiries.

4. Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain attractive displays and appealing store layouts, enticing customers to explore the collections further.

5. Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, including receiving and organizing new merchandise, ensuring proper labeling, and conducting regular stock checks.

6. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments through the Point of Sale (POS) system, and maintain a balanced cash register.

7. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.

8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve collective goals and contribute to a positive and motivated work environment.

9. Store Maintenance: Help ensure the store's cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation meet the brand's standards.

Requirements:

1. Previous Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales role, ideally within the retail or fashion industry, will be advantageous.

2. Passion for Fashion: A genuine interest in women's fashion, clothing trends, and styling.

3. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English and preferably Indonesian, with the ability to engage with customers confidently.

4. Customer-Centric Approach: A friendly and outgoing personality with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

5. Sales-Driven: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and an eagerness to contribute to the company's growth.
