  1. Manajemen Penjualan & Target

  3. Supervisi Tim Lapangan
  4. Program Promosi & Aktivitas Marketing
  5. Pelaporan & Administrasi
  6. Hubungan dengan Pemerintah dan Perusahaan
KUALIFIKASI
  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Pertanian, Agribisnis, Manajemen, atau terkait).
  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Area Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor di industri pupuk, benih, pestisida, atau agrochemical.
  • Memahami jaringan distribusi pertanian (kios, toko, agen, distributor, kelompok tani).
  • Mampu membuat rencana penjualan, mengelola tim, dan mencapai target area.
  • Komunikatif, persuasif, dan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang kuat.
  • Berpenampilan rapi dan profesional.
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (motor/mobil).
  • Bersedia sering melakukan perjalanan dinas.
  • Nilai plus: memiliki jaringan di koperasi tani, kios pupuk, dan perkebunan.
