Project Manager – DNI LIPO CLINIC (DNI GROUP)

KLINIK khusus sedot lemak dan pembentukan tubuh, kami sedang berkembang untuk menjangkau seluruh Indonesia setelah kesuksesan kami di Bali sejak 2010. Mengingat banyaknya permintaan pembukaan cabang area jabodetabek dan seluruh Indonesia, Kami mencari Project Manager berpengalaman yang memiliki kemampuan marketing dan sales untuk memimpin ekspansi klinik dan mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis.

Peran Utama


• Memimpin proyek pembukaan cabang baru dari tahap perencanaan hingga operasional.


• Mengembangkan strategi marketing digital dan offline untuk meningkatkan jumlah pasien.


• Memimpin dan melatih tim sales agar mencapai target penjualan.


• Mengawasi kinerja proyek, memastikan efisiensi biaya, ketepatan waktu, dan kepatuhan regulasi.


• Berkolaborasi dengan dokter, vendor, dan agensi untuk mendukung promosi dan operasional klinik.

Tanggung Jawab


• Membuat timeline proyek, mengatur sumber daya, dan melaporkan progres ke manajemen senior.


• Menyusun dan menjalankan kampanye pemasaran (SEO, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, influencer).


• Memantau performa marketing & sales dengan KPI seperti konversi klien dan ROI kampanye.


• Menjamin seluruh kegiatan klinik sesuai regulasi Kemenkes dan BPOM.


• Menyusun laporan hasil proyek dan rekomendasi strategi pengembangan cabang.

Kualifikasi


• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi Project Manager, marketing, atau sales (lebih disukai dari industri klinik atau rumah sakit).


• Memahami sistem regulasi medis dan keselamatan prosedur kosmetik.


• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, kepemimpinan, dan problem-solving yang baik.


• Bersedia ditempatkan di Bali dan melakukan perjalanan ke cabang.
