We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate our software development projects onsite. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery that meets business goals.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager at WWWASTE, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project resources and schedules, communicate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in project processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans covering schedules, resource allocation, milestones, and risk management.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams including developers, designers, QA, and product managers.
  • Monitor project progress and performance using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting project scope, budget, or timelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders and conduct regular status meetings.
  • Manage changes to project scope and document all project-related procedures and reports.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality and client expectations.
  • Support team motivation and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in software project management or related roles.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid software development environments.
  • Basic knowledge of software development languages and version control systems (Git).
  • Analytical skills with problem-solving ability and proactive approach.
