Junior Technology Project Manager

FINNS Bali is looking for Junior Technology Project Manager to join our growing team. You'll be at the heart of our digital evolution. This role is more than just managing tasks; it's about building the future of Clubtech's digital platforms. You will be the linchpin that connects business needs with technical solutions, working with a dynamic team to deliver features that drive revenue, streamline operations, and enhance the guest experience. You'll have the autonomy to shape our digital products and the direct impact on our bottom line, making this an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first contact for technical issues, document them in , and assign to the right developer.
  • Support the Project Manager in maintaining and updating project tasks in and GitHub.
  • Generate and analyze reports from and other platforms to provide insights on team performance, bug trends, and project progress.
  • Keep stakeholders informed and bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Update and organize technical documents, project briefs, and meeting notes for easy access.
  • Assist in testing new features and fixes to ensure quality before launch.
  • Prepare agendas, record notes, and track action items for project meetings.
  • Identify and suggest ways to optimize our daily operational workflows, communication channels, and project management processes.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new hires to the technology department by setting up their access and guiding them through our core systems and processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management, specifically in a technology or software development environment. Experience with e-commerce or hospitality tech is highly preferred.
  • Must be able to conduct meetings, write technical documentation, and communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English.
  • Proven experience managing agile or scrum-based project teams.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools and GitHub Project Management is essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
