Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and maintain company legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Manage and monitor company licenses and permits.
  • Ensure employee certifications and work permits for client site access are valid and compliant.
  • Support the implementation and continual improvement of ISO 45001, 15001, 9001, and 37001.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits related to ISO and compliance.
  • Monitor regulatory updates relevant to corporate and operational activities.
  • Advise management on legal risks, compliance gaps, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain documentation and reports related to compliance and audit findings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (preferably with exposure to corporate or business law).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, or Licensing role.
  • Good knowledge of corporate and manpower licensing in oil & gas industry.
  • Familiar with ISO Management Systems (45001, 15001, 9001,
  • Experience handling company documentation for regulatory compliance.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good analytical and communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Able to coordinate cross-department compliance and audit activities.
