We're Hiring: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location:
FDC Dental Clinic Head Office, East Jakarta

Working Arrangement:
On-site (Monday to Friday)

Department:
Talent Management, Human Capital Division

What You'll Do

  • Lead
    end-to-end recruitment
    for professional and leadership roles across functions.
  • Act as a
    strategic partner
    to business leaders, translating organizational needs into effective hiring plans.
  • Manage and optimize
    LinkedIn sourcing pipelines
    to attract top-tier professionals.
  • Design, execute, and interpret
    employee assessments
    (psychological and non-psychological).
  • Strengthen the
    talent acquisition framework
    under the
    Talent Management Department
    to support sustainable growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years
    of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven
    portfolio in pro-hire recruitment
    ideally up to
    lead or managerial level
    .
  • Proficient in
    LinkedIn recruitment and employer branding
    .
  • Experience conducting or designing
    employee assessments
    .
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and consultative communication skills.
