About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks and sourcing candidates through various channels. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting with people and learning about talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and develop innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Shadow recruitment screens and intake meetings to gain insights into interview planning and best practices
- Manage job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and on various career platforms
- Support the recruitment process by handling administrative tasks, including background and reference checks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition is not required, but would be a plus
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and processes
- Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition
- Open-minded, resilient, and excited by new challenges
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a talent for building strong relationships
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
