Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Practice (Dermatologist)
  • Conduct dermatology consultations, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Perform aesthetic and dermatological procedures (laser, injectables, minor surgery) and high value treatment.
  • Ensure patient safety, informed consent, and complete medical documentation.
  • Manage clinical escalations and supervise treatment quality.
2. Medical Oversight & Leadership
  • Oversee daily clinical operations and enforce medical SOPs.
  • Lead and supervise doctors and Clinic Teams
  • Review and approve medical materials, equipment, and products used in the clinic.
  • Evaluate and develop new treatment protocols, aesthetic programs, and clinical innovations.
  • Conduct regular clinical training and competency assessments.
3. Regulatory & Compliance (Penanggung Jawab SIP)
  • Serve as the official Dokter Penanggung Jawab for SIP and ensure all licensing requirements are met.
  • Maintain compliance with Dinkes, Kemenkes, and accreditation standards.
  • Ensure proper infection control, waste management, and equipment safety.
4. Quality Assurance & Patient Experience
  • Monitor clinical quality indicators and treatment outcomes.
  • Review patient feedback and manage medical-related complaints.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of EMR documentation.
5. Administrative & Strategic Support
  • Provide input on medical purchasing decisions and equipment selection.
  • Collaborate with management in service development and expansion planning.
  • Ensure medical accuracy in marketing materials and campaigns.
