Finance Director

Main Duties:

  • Design and implement corporate financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and business plans.
  • Lead long-term financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital structure strategy.
  • Oversee accounting policies and consolidated financial reporting according to PSAK and IFRS standards.
  • Direct cash management, treasury, investment, and financing strategies to maintain liquidity and capital efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with national and international tax regulations, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute management.
  • Manage strategic relationships with banks, investors, auditors, regulators, and tax authorities.
  • Supervise internal and external audits and ensure implementation of improvement recommendations.
  • Develop digital systems for finance, accounting, and tax (ERP, BI, eTax System) to enhance transparency and efficiency.
  • Build and lead Corporate Risk Management in finance and tax to minimize risk exposure.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors regarding investment, funding, and business expansion decisions.
  • Develop a governance framework supporting financial integrity and accountability.
  • Develop organizational capabilities through coaching, training, and succession planning for the Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor/Master in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management (CPA, CFA, CA, or Tax Brevet A/B/C is a plus)
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in finance, accounting, and tax, with ≥ 7 years in executive managerial roles.  Preferably with 3 – 5 years of work experience at Big 4 accounting firms.

  • Other Requirements: Effective communication in English and Indonesian (business & technical), professional network with tax authorities, auditors, and financial institutions, experience in mergers, acquisitions, or financial restructuring, results-oriented and committed to good corporate governance (GCG).
