Job description:

  1. Ensure daily operational activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Achieve production targets for ore extraction, overburden (OB) movement, and barging.
  3. Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders regarding operational progress, field requirements, and on-site challenges.
  4. Ensure optimal and effective allocation of heavy equipment and units.
  5. Collaborate with the Engineering and Geology Quality divisions to determine mining directions and designated mining areas.
  6. Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and regulations.

Job Requirement :

  1. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in mining operations.
  3. Solid understanding of heavy equipment components and functions.
  4. Proven ability to monitor and supervise subordinate performance effectively.
  5. Strong knowledge of mining operational activities and procedures.
  6. Hold a valid POP certification.
  7. Possess a valid Class A or Class B II General driving license.
  8. Willing to work on-site with a 8:2 roster schedule.
